Yoonla Evolve Review – MLM World: Legit or Scam?

Oh, the hype and noise on social media. Is it really worth it? Welcome to my unbiased Yoonla Evolve Review 2018. I was doing my usual rounds on social media and I came across a program that seemed too good. Yoonla Evolve was formerly known as Yoonla.

Yoonla was first breathed to life in 2016 and a new version of the program was officially launched on 21st Feb 2018. It was created by Reno Van Bowen. It was Reno Van Bowen that also created the Affiliate App System. Another of Reno’s apps is Auto Affiliate X. Yoonla was launched immediately after Auto Affiliate X was discontinued.

Update: Yoonla is now rebranded as Yoonla Phase 2 popularly known as Yoonla Evolve.

There are very many forms of multi-level marketing on the internet nowadays and when I stumbled upon this program that’s offered for free, I was a bit skeptical. Well, I wanted to find out the manner of upsells that I would come across the way and what value of the product they would offer me in return.

Important: I am in no way affiliated to Yoonla Evolve.

A brief look around Yoonla

So What is Yoonla All About?

Yoonla is a CPA (Cost Per Action) program that’s quite promising for someone that’s looking into getting started with Email Marketing.

CPA marketing is whereby you collect people’s information when they click on your special links prompting them to give you their information such as a name and email. The difference between CPA marketing and affiliate marketing is that with CPA marketing, you don’t need to make any sales. However, with affiliate marketing, you actually need to make a sale for you to earn a commission. However, with Affiliate marketing, you can make some really crazy commissions depending on the types of products you promote on your site.

It also teaches new affiliate marketers a bit on how to get started with affiliate marketing.

How to Earn From Yoonla

The Yoonla Affiliate Program is a Two-Tier Affiliate Program whereby an affiliate earns money when:

  • One signs up for a Yoonla Evolve Account under your Affiliate Link
  • Your referrals upgrade their free accounts to VIP status.

However, there are some steps you need to complete before you become an affiliate with Yoonla and creating a free starter account simply won’t cut it. Before you become an affiliate with Yoonla, you need to complete 7 steps. However, what they don’t tell you, is in 3 out of the 7 steps, you have to buy products that only Yoonla recommends. So that begs the question,

Is Yoonla really free?

Here’s the catch.

Like any other business, you have to invest. With Yoonla, you need a website, an autoresponder and a site hosting platform.

You’ll also need a couple other things such as Lead Pages, Capture page and some other products that the owner Reno uses. So that’s how Reno makes money from Yoonla.

Since Yoonla is majorly a CPA marketing service and Reno is both a CPA marketer and an affiliate marketer, he takes you through CPA marketing and drives you into buying the products he uses for affiliate marketing and he makes affiliate commissions when you sign up.

I’d say this is a killer affiliate marketing move from the owners of Yoonla but it’kind of a forced marketing technique to the customers.

As for me, I had all the above. For me to be a Yoonla affiliate, I would be forced to buy the products (that I already have) all over again.

As you can see above, the GetResponse API key is mandatory.

Of course, most Yoonla members will bash me that I do not have to buy those products but what they won’t tell you is that you cannot be an affiliate if you don’t buy Yoonla’s recommended products. So without these products, your membership is worthless.

You’ll probably think that your free membership will give you good training to get started with affiliate marketing but there are tons of products out there and all this information is out there on the web.

Check out This Program That Changed My Life and Thousands of Others Online.

This is the actual cost that you need to foot to get along with Yoonla

Yahoo Website Hosting Minimum $4.49/month

Get Response $15/month

Lead Pages Pro $79/month

Don’t get me wrong. All these are the kind of killer tools affiliate marketers should have if they are serious about their online businesses.

You might be wondering how then does Yoonla afford to sustain free sign-ups and pay them for every sign-up?

From Get Response, Yoonla cashes in a 33% commission which is $4.95 per month and a total of $48 per year

From Lead Pages Pro, they cash in a 30% commission and that’s $23.7 per month thus $172.8 per year.

With all these commissions per sign up, surely $2-$4 is a piece of cake.

Now I know you are now probably wondering.

Is Yoonla a Scam?

My fair assessment? No

There are some serious scams out there and Yoonla isn’t one of them. However, the program is too hyped up and I’m sure it won’t live to the hype. Reno talks about living the digital lifestyle and becoming a six-figure entrepreneur.

Yoonla will get him there but it won’t get you there. Getting to the six-figure mark will take a bit of work. Some bloggers out there have branded Yoonla as a scam probably because the program under-delivered on their expectations.

Yoonla Commission Structure

If you sign up a referral from the following countries, you’ll earn $4-$5 per referral

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Australia
  • Ireland
  • New Zealand

If your referral comes from the following countries, you won’t earn any commissions:

  • Uganda
  • Zambia
  • Zimbabwe
  • Pakistan
  • Nigeria
  • Niger
  • India

All the other countries generate a commission of $2 per lead except for Philippines and Vietnam.

When your members upgrade to Yoonla VIP status, you earn anywhere from $10 to $15.

Yoonla Minimum Payout

At the time of writing this review, Yoonla’s minimum payout is $200. Yoonla also pays through PayPal only but it’s planning to incorporate other payment methods.

Let’s now Dig Into the Yoonla Evolve Program

The program consists of 7 steps

1. Installing Yoonla Evolve Files

In this step, you will have to download Yoonla Evolve files. You will later install these files to your domain website for better tracking purposes. If you know how websites and tracking work, you’ll understand what I mean. In this walkthrough, the video is very straightforward.

2. Create an Automation Account

…And not any other automation account. Yoonla is only compatible with the GetResponse account. You’ll also need to buy the GetResponse Account through Yoonla’s affiliate link. If you don’t purchase it through their affiliate link, you won’t be eligible for Elite membership.

3. Set up an Automation Campaign

As I had mentioned earlier, Yoonla is majorly about CPA marketing and they will teach you how to set up your GetResponse autoresponder and schedule your emails.

The good thing about an email list is that you can still promote other products to your subscribers if you decide to leave Yoonla.

4. Creating a Small Business Account

I know as a beginner you’ll definitely need some support in setting your account up but I really disliked their Cut and Paste strategy. It was just a way of making the customers creating a funnel without really understanding the mechanics and dynamics behind the scenes.

5. Get Your Evolve App Online

As I was following through the model, in step 3 I had the option of choosing between iPage Hosting and Yahoo Small Business Account. Going forward, however, they discontinue the choice to host with iPage and make it an exclusive Yahoo Affair.

Remember the Evolve files you downloaded in step 1? Now, this is where you upload them to your site for tracking purposes. For a beginner, this seems too technical but they have a video walkthrough that’s pretty easy to grasp. The Yoonla support team also offer to do everything for you if you get stuck. These files will be integrated into your lead capture pages and from here you can build your email list and start promoting Yoonla.

6. Customize your Yoonla Evolve Site

In this step, there’s another video walkthrough that teaches you how to customize your Yoonla Evolve site. They also teach you how to connect your mailing list to your Lead Capture page.

7. Activate Your Affiliate ID and Upgrade to Elite Membership

Now when all this is set and done, then and only then will you be eligible for Elite membership and the Affiliate Program. The Elite membership comes with some little more training exclusive to Yoonla members and a Facebook page.

If you can’t set up your Elite Account, the support scoops in again and sets up the account for you. You’ll, however, need to give them information on your Yahoo Business Hosting account and your GetResponse Account.

What I liked About Yoonla

  • Quick way to grow your email list
  • Step by Step Training

What I Didn’t Like

  • It’s only reliant on paid traffic
  • Doesn’t offer any SEO training
  • The source of traffic for this technique will be majorly Paid traffic
  • The affiliate marketing training is very shallow
  • To be eligible for the Affiliate Program, you MUST buy the products the owner uses.

My Verdict

Almost every review I have read on Yoonla is a positive one but from what I have tested with the product, I wouldn’t recommend it. Yoonla is not a scam but it’s definitely not on my recommended products list. Yoonla is however still in its early stages so I bet we give it time and see how it goes.

If I opted to I could’ve made tons of money with Yoonla but I didn’t like the idea. It doesn’t make a sustainable business model. It promises a get-rich-quick scheme which is not the case in any online business. You have to work. The only people that will be millionaires are the Yoonla owners but the consumers will only be dependent on referrals. No real product to sell. Nothing comes easy.

There are other more legit platforms for learning affiliate marketing from scratch.

Another thing I always ask entrepreneurs, sure you can make money with Yoonla but were it to vanish into thin air, would you be independent on your online business?

If you are serious about making money online, have a look at this program.

    • It’s newbie friendly
    • It’s not a get-rich-quick scheme but will make you an authority in your niche
    • It’s a proven BluePrint tested by Other Ultra Elite Affiliate Marketers.

This program isn’t hyped up as Yoonla but it is from here that I learned how to build my site from scratch and attract targeted traffic.

CANDICE - March 31, 2018

I enjoyed reading this review. It comes across honest and unbiased. As I was reading the 7 steps, #4 was great to mention the copy paste technique instead of teaching the mechanics behind this. I know a few people who don’t care to know how it works just as long as it works to give them a profit. I love the WA vs Yoonla comparison chart. To me that helps seal the deal, great job.

Thanks for taking your time to read my review Candice. Most people jump on any product as long as it makes money. To be honest I’d have profited from Yoonla but chose not to. It is just another hyped up product.
